Your next-level care pharmacist:
- Communicates clearly with you and collaborates with your physician and extended care team
- Aligns your medications to improve your overall adherence and coordinates your refills so you can pick them up on the same day
- Conducts Medication Reviews so you understand why you are taking your medications, when to take them, and how to best take them — you make informed decisions and have greater ownership of your overall health.
- Administers Vaccinations for flu, travel and a wide range of immunizations to protect you and your family from preventable diseases
- Follows up with you when you have a new medication or change in your medication regime
